目的:探讨年龄对Fischer大鼠实验性自发性脑出血(EICH)后早期脑水肿和远期的脑萎缩的影响。方法:按年龄不同将大鼠分为年轻组、中间组和年老组,分别测定脑组织含水量和分析脑形态学变化。结果:EICH后第3天,年老组大鼠出血同侧皮质和基底节的脑肿胀程度较其他两组严重(P<0.05),表明出血后年老组大鼠的脑水肿严重。年老组EICH后4周时,左侧与右侧脑室面积的差值较中年组和年轻组明显增大,表明出血后年老组大鼠的脑萎缩程度最严重。结论:EICH后可造成年老组大鼠早期严重的脑水肿,并在出血后4周出现严重的脑萎缩。
Objective: To investigate the effect of age on early brain edema and long-term brain atrophy after experimental spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (EICH) in Fischer rats. Methods: The rats were divided into young group, middle group and old group according to their age. The water content of brain tissue was measured and the brain morphological changes were analyzed. Results: On the third day after EICH, the degree of brain swelling in the ipsilateral cortex and basal ganglia in the aged group was more severe than that in the other two groups (P <0.05), indicating that the cerebral edema in aged group was severe after hemorrhage. At 4 weeks after EICH in aged group, the difference of left ventricle and right ventricle area was significantly higher than that in middle age group and young group, indicating that the degree of brain atrophy in aged group was the most serious. Conclusion: EICH can cause early severe brain edema in aged rats and severe brain atrophy 4 weeks after hemorrhage.
