作为滑动轴承用的铜套,在常温(或低温)下过盈配合压入座孔时,其内径变小,装入与之相配合的轴时,必须对铜套内径进行刮磨修整,才能满足配合间隙的要求。这样,直接影响装配工作效率和装配精度。因此,为使装入座孔后的铜套内径达到配合公差要求,必须对铜套内径收缩量进行计算,方可确定加工尺寸。笔者采用下述计算方法,确定铜套的加尺寸,能确保铜套装入座后满足其内径与轴间隙的配合公差要求。一、通式的导出
