临床资料:1992～1995年我院收治金葡菌感染脓胸42例,男3O例,女12例,年龄6～38岁.发病至入院时间2～21天,平均11.5天,全部病例均发热,体温38.8～41℃,仅有3例体温在38.5℃,均有咳嗽、气促;鼻翼扇动者15例,三凹征8例,患侧胸廓饱满26例,患侧叩诊均呈浊→实音,肺部先后出现湿性或伴干性罗音及患侧呼吸音减低.本组患肺炎者38例,伴发心力衰竭6例,败血症4例,呼
