猕猴桃果皮提取物的生物活性

猕猴桃(Actinidia deliciosa)主产于热带和亚热带地区,如新西兰、智利、法国和日本等。有研究认为其具有抗氧化、抑制ADP、抗血小板聚集、抗亚硝化等作用。此外,猕猴桃富含维生素C,可能对细胞增殖和DNA合成具有影响。本次对猕猴桃果皮提取物的多种生物活性进行了研究。 材料和方法:干燥的猕猴桃果皮依次用己烷、丙酮、甲醇和70%甲醇室温下提取,提取液浓缩,上硅胶柱和ODS柱反复分离,得到己烷提取部分H0~H5、 Actinidia deliciosa is mainly produced in tropical and subtropical regions such as New Zealand, Chile, France and Japan. Some studies suggest that it has anti-oxidation, ADP inhibition, anti-platelet aggregation, anti-nitrosation and other effects. In addition, kiwifruit is rich in vitamin C and may have effects on cell proliferation and DNA synthesis. The various biological activities of the kiwifruit peel extract were studied. Materials and Methods: Dried kiwi fruit skin was extracted with hexane, acetone, methanol and 70% methanol at room temperature. The extract was concentrated and repeatedly separated on silica gel column and ODS column to obtain hexane extraction part H0-H5.
