福建卫生系统信息化建设经历了普及计算机应用、推广软件应用之后,目前正逐步向网络化迈进。预计到2003年底,全省县级以上医院的网络数量可达95％。福建卫生系统信息化建设是在“数字福建”建设总体规划下,构建的一个覆盖全省各级卫生行政部门和县(市、区)医疗卫生机构的高效、通畅、安全的网络通信系统。福建省卫生信息化建设共分6大系统22个专业子系统。卫生厅的计算机网络应用从单功能开始,初期通过电子邮件系统与地(市)卫生局和省属医疗卫生单位进行信息通信,而后在网上进行年报和财务决算数据传输、审核。目前网络覆盖各社区的市级卫生局、卫生厅各直属单位和医科大学、中医学院各附属医院,争取2003年底扩展到县级卫生行政部门。按照我省卫生系统信息化建设总体规划、分布实施的战略方针,2002年投入实施的系统项目主要有: 社区卫生服务信息管理网络系统今年完成8个中 Fujian’s health system information construction has gone through the popularity of computer applications, promotion of software applications, is now moving towards network.
