为深入贯彻落实《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划》，进一步搞好部队营院卫生建设，对某区２６个部队进行了检查验收。方法是依照全军爱卫会制订的《考评细则》，对营区环境、厨房、垃圾箱、厕所、畜圈五大场所逐项检查打分，按综合计分进行评定。综合检查结果表明，９０％的部队达到了营院卫生设施建设与管理要求。针对存在的问题提出了以下３点改进建议：（１）完善卫生设施，进行科学管理；（２）健全卫生管理制度，重点抓好落实；（３）树立大卫生观念，加强协同管理
In order to thoroughly implement the “Plan for the Elimination of Pests and Diseases by the PLA throughout the Ninth Five-Year Plan”, we further improved the health construction of the barracks and conducted inspection and acceptance of 26 units in a certain area. The method is based on the “Appraisal Rules” formulated by the all-army Ai Wei Association, scoring items one by one on five sites of camp area environment, kitchen, trash, toilet and livestock ring, and evaluating them according to comprehensive score. The comprehensive inspection results show that 90% of the troops have reached the camp hospital health facilities construction and management requirements. The following three suggestions for improving the existing problems are proposed: (1) improve sanitation facilities and conduct scientific management; (2) improve the health management system with a focus on implementation; (3) establish a large hygiene concept and strengthen collaborative management
