《“在立铣上加工空间曲面的一种方法”的看法》(本刊1985年第1期)一文所介绍的计算公式,推导正确而具体,但只有在数控铣床上加工,才能获得连续的空间曲面。在普通铣床上加工,获得的不是连续的空间曲面,因此工件(模具)需经钳工修整,对工件的各段曲面来讲较难保证质量,这样的模具在实际生产(波形垫圈成形加工)中造成波形垫圈的各段拉延不均匀,导致各段回弹不一样,即波峰高度产生误差,对产品质量影响很大。兹介绍一种结构简单、应用范围广、操作简便、加工时间短(约30分钟一副模具)的工装,利用该工装在铣床上,可一次加工出连续的空间等距正弦曲面。
