随着试验检测中心承担局属范围内的养护维修工程和外单位委托各类混凝土配合比试验检测任务的增加,各类混凝土配合比的设计工作量越来越多,本人作为负责混凝土配合比试验的一名试验员来说,根据总结的各类混凝土配合比设计经验,低标号混凝土配合比强度较容易达到设计要求,能够满足各项要求,各类高标号混凝土(尤其是C50混凝土)普遍运用于各级公路桥梁的上部构造中,由于混凝土配合比设计不合理,施工配合比控制不严格,引起混凝土的强度不合格、收缩裂缝、外观等质量缺陷的现象常有发生,同时造成施工成本增加。根据本人以往混凝土施工经验及今年在进行张掖循环经济示范园项目平易河桥C50混凝土配合比设计及试验过程中总结的一系列数据,主要论述了C50混凝土在原材料的选择及配合比确定时注意的要点、施工中应注意的控制、供C50混凝土使用时参考。
