In a Tunisian restaurant in Montreal, the owner and the couple share a single elbow to drink wine from a glass container. Instead of drinking or sucking in glass, they lifted the hose and tilted it so that the wine flowed directly into the mouth, in much the same way that people had drank wine long ago from the leather bag. This means something totally different from the modern way of drinking, including sound effects - the air and the flowing liquid compete for space in the narrow, curving exits, creating a buzzing sizzle. Now, this method has been replaced by the use of glass, just as the private ownership of the individual has replaced tribal sharing.
