在植物抗旱生理研究中,对原生质的研究虽然已经进行了好几十年,但对原生质及其组成成分如何参予植物细胞和植物整体的干旱敏感性或抗旱性的机理的了解还很不完全。其原因是用生活原生质体进行研究时技术上会遇到种种困难。从1985年我们抗性生理室与美国明尼苏达大学细胞原生质学家 E.J.Stadelmarn 教授合作,共同开展原生质特性与抗旱关系的研究。Lce—Stadelmarn(1976)指
In the physiological research of plant drought resistance, the research of protoplasm has been done for decades, but the mechanism of how the protoplasm and its components participate in the drought sensitivity or drought resistance of plant cells and plants as a whole is still incomplete .
