以食品工业类18种学术期刊为研究对象,以2002~2009年的基金论文比和影响因子为基础,引入了前两年基金论文比这一指标,考察了影响因子与前两年的基金论文比的关系。研究表明:就食品学科而言,2004~2009年食品工业类中文核心期刊的影响因子与前两年基金论文比均呈显著正相关,具有统计学意义;就单个期刊而言,只有27.8%(5种)的期刊影响因子与前两年的基金论文比呈显著正相关,具有统计学意义,且这5种期刊各个统计时段的两年基金论文比均处于中等水平。当两年基金论文比处于中等水平时,期刊的影响因子与前两年的基金论文比呈显著正相关的可能性很大,两年基金论文比处于较高或较低水平时,两者的相关性不大。
