目的 :探讨益肾活血药对家兔血瘀模型纤溶系统的作用。方法 :兔 30只 ,随机分为健康组、模型组、益肾活血方大剂量组和小剂量组、血栓宁组 ,各组相应处理后分别取静脉血检测组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 (PAI)、纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)、D 二聚体 (DD)。每组随机取一只内脏作病理检查。结果 :t PA ,PAI,Fbg,DD ,健康组与模型组比P <0 .0 1,大、小剂量组、血栓宁组与模型组比P <0 .0 5 ,大、小剂量组与血栓宁组比P <0 .0 5 ,大剂量组与小剂量组比P >0 .0 5。病理改变模型组较重 ,血栓宁组次之 ,大、小剂量组较轻 ,健康组无异常变化。结论 :造模成功 ,大、小剂量组及血栓宁组对血瘀模型纤溶系统均有作用 ;大、小剂量组强于血栓宁组。病理改变符合血液检测变化。
Objective : To explore the effect of Yishen Huoxue medicine on the fibrinolytic system of rabbit blood stasis models. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: healthy group, model group, Yishen Huoxue Fang high-dose group, small-dose group and thrombosis group. Each group was treated with venous blood to detect tissue plasminogen activator. t PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), fibrinogen (Fbg), D dimer (DD). One viscera was randomly taken from each group for pathological examination. Results: The ratios of t PA, PAI, Fbg, DD, healthy group and model group were lower than P 0.01, larger, lower dose group, thrombosis group and model group than P 0 05, large and small dose group. The thromboxane group had a P <0.05, and the high-dose group had a P>0.05 case. The pathological changes in the model group were heavier, the thrombosis group was the second, the large and small dose groups were mild, and the healthy group had no abnormal changes. Conclusion : The success of the model, the large and small dose group and the Thrombolysin group have effects on the fibrinolytic system of the blood stasis model; the large and small dose groups are stronger than the thrombosis group. Pathological changes are in line with changes in blood tests.
