1983年5月从泰安郊区芹菜花叶病株上分离到一株病毒分离物 CV-T,接种试验证明可侵染9个科的27种植物,在芹菜上引起系统花叶、叶片和叶柄畸形及整株矮化;在苋色藜和豇豆上表现为局部枯斑。CV-T 的失活温度为60—70℃,稀释限点为10~(-3)—10~(-4),体外存活期为3—5天。病毒易经汁液接触感染,桃蚜、棉蚜和芹菜蚜均可传毒。经 PEG 沉淀和差速离心可部分提纯,电镜观察可见直径约30nm 的球形粒体。经琼脂双扩散法测定,病毒与 CMV 抗血清呈阳性反应。根据以上性状,芹菜分离物 CV-T 可鉴定为黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。
In May 1983, a virus isolate CV-T was isolated from the celery mosaic virus in the outskirts of Tai’an. The PEG pellets and differential centrifugation can be partially purified electron microscopy shows spherical particles of about 30nm in diameter. Agar double diffusion assay, the virus and CMV antiserum was positive. Based on the above traits, celery isolate CV-T was identified as cucumber mosaic virus (CMV).
