目的测试中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全医学所的实验室信息管理系统(LIMS),以初步检验该系统对放射卫生质量管理工作各个环节的合理、有效控制。方法概述了实验室信息管理系统的定义,通过对5个测试模块进行研究分析,找出问题,分析并提出相应的对策,使得LIMS系统更加适应工作流程的需要。结果LIMS系统能够更加清晰的将“人,机,料,法,环”等质量管理体系中的重要影响因素系统化、条理化、可操作化。结论通过进一步加强对实验室信息管理系统的重视、改进和提高,努力实现质量管理体系的科技化、效率化、统一化和规范化管理。
Objective To test the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) of the Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Institute of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention to preliminarily test the reasonable and effective control of the system in all aspects of quality management of radiological hygiene. Methods The definition of laboratory information management system is outlined. By studying and analyzing five test modules, the problems are identified, and the corresponding countermeasures are analyzed and put into perspective so that the LIMS system can better meet the needs of workflow. As a result, the LIMS system can more clearly and systematically, systematize and manipulate the important influencing factors in the quality management system such as “people, machines, materials, laws and circles”. Conclusions By striving to further improve, improve and enhance the laboratory information management system, efforts should be made to achieve scientific, efficient, uniform and standardized management of the quality management system.
