在素质教育下,为了满足社会对中职生全面、科学发展的要求,学校开始转变教学模式,为学生提供更高水平的教学质量以及服务质量,保证学生的发展需求。这不仅依赖于对学生的科学发展机制,还要求教师可以转变传统的教学方法。在目前我国关于中职生的评价体系中,实施环节存在着很多问题。提出“三全育人”的理念,并健全相关制度,以培养出优秀的专业人才。
In quality education, in order to meet the social requirements of secondary vocational students comprehensive and scientific development, the school began to change the teaching mode, to provide students with a higher level of teaching quality and service quality, to ensure the development needs of students. This depends not only on the mechanisms for the scientific development of students, but also on the teachers’ ability to change traditional teaching methods. In the current evaluation system of secondary vocational schools in our country, there are many problems in the implementation process. Put forward the idea of “Three All-round Education People”, and perfect related systems so as to cultivate outstanding professionals.
