目的 :探讨滋补脾阴方药对老龄大鼠脑线粒体膜ATP酶活性的影响。方法 :以 2 3月龄SD大鼠为自然衰老鼠 ,以脑线粒体膜共轭双烯 (CD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶为主要指标 ,观察滋补脾阴方药的作用。结果 :老龄大鼠脑线粒体膜存在脂质过氧化损伤和能量代谢障碍。滋补脾阴方药可增强其抗氧化酶和ATP酶活性 ,降低脂质过氧化物含量。结论 :滋补脾阴方药延缓脑老化的机理可能在于通过对老龄大鼠脑线粒体膜脂质过氧化损伤有明显的保护作用 ,对脑细胞能量代谢障碍有显著改善。
Objective : To investigate the effect of nourishing spleen-yin decoction on brain mitochondrial membrane ATPase activity in aged rats. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats aged 23 months were used as natural senile mice and brain mitochondrial membrane conjugated diene (CD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px), superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Na+ K+ ATPase, and Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase were the main indicators to observe the effect of nourishing spleen and yin medicine. RESULTS: There were lipid peroxidation damage and energy metabolism disorder in the brain of the aged rats. Nourishing spleen and yin medicine can increase its antioxidant enzyme and ATPase activity and reduce lipid peroxide content. Conclusion : The mechanism of nourishing spleen-yin decoction in delaying brain aging may be to protect the cerebral mitochondrial membrane lipid peroxidation in aged rats, and to improve the energy metabolism of brain cells.
