武汉大学1995年暑假开学后全部学生食堂取消餐票,进餐卡全校通用——一步到位实施了微机售饭管理。微机售饭管理系统(以下简称“系统”)95年8月5日试运行,同年8月20日餐票停止使用、进入正常运行至目前,6个学生食堂的开餐和数据结算汇总餐餐正常;食堂之间以拷盘手段传递的信息通畅无误,进餐卡的通用性未出现任何障碍;人为、非人为的各类故障虽为数不少,但都处置及时,未影响一次正常开餐和数据处理;收银机硬件和软件存在的某些缺陷在生产厂家的配合下采取了弥补性应急措施,保证了正常作业。从目前的情况看,“系统”运行日趋平稳,纳入“系统”正常管理的持卡进餐人数已达14,000人,达到了预期的经济效益、管理效益和社会效益,深受进餐者和炊管人员的欢迎。
