对每个人而言,健康不仅仅是不生病,更需要优雅的体态和有品质的生活。春季,桃红柳绿,草长莺飞,涌动着勃勃生机。然而,不少人觉得自己近段时间心情烦躁,状态不佳,特别不想上班,感觉没干劲。入春后天气转暖,人们的社会活动会日渐增多,生活习惯也有了较大变化,人的情绪极易波动,正是抑郁症的高发期。其实,这个时期只要稍加调整便好;而有精神病史的患者要注意加强保健和治疗。
