以对药物的抗性和敏感性为遗传标记,筛选掘氏疫霉(Phytophthora drechsleri Tucker)双标记菌株为配对亲本.测定了采集自我国江苏、广东、上海及来自美国菌种保藏委员会的28个掘氏疫霉野生型菌株对36种药物的抗性,筛选出2个双标记配对组合:Phy607×Phy112、Phy115×Phy64,其中,菌株Phy607(A_1)、Phy64(A_2)抗放线菌酮对新霉索敏感,Phy115(A-1)、Phy112(A_2)抗新霉素对放线菌酮敏感.上述配对组合可用于掘氏疫霉有性生殖行为的研究.上述菌株对放线菌酮和新霉素的抗性由细胞核杂合基因控制,抗性为显性遗传.测定结果还表明,掘氏疫霉种内菌株间对甲霜灵、恶霉灵、乙磷铝、金霉素、稻瘟索等5种药物的抗性存在明显差异,可能作为该种遗传研究的标记性状.
Screening the double-labeled strains of Phytophthora drechsleri Tucker as matching parents, the resistance and sensitivity to the drug were used as genetic markers, and 28 samples collected from Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai and from the American Type Culture Collection Phy607 × Phy112 and Phy115 × Phy64 were screened out from 36 wild type strains of Phytophthora gallic acid against 36 kinds of drugs. Among them, Phy607 (A_1), Phy64 (A_2) Neomycin sensitivity, Phy115 (A-1), Phy112 (A_2) against neomycin susceptible to cycloheximide.The above combination can be used for research on genital behavior of Phytophthora dhitchenii of these strains on cycloheximide And neomycin resistance controlled by the nuclear heterozygous gene, the resistance was dominant inheritance.The determination results also showed that among the strains of Phytophthora sojae to metalaxyl, hymexazol, cefotaxime, chlortetracycline , Rice blast and other five kinds of drug resistance there is a significant difference, may be used as a marker of genetic research.
