新课程倡导我们教育要面向全体学生,关注学生的个体差异,关注每一个学生的发展,这与我的教学理念不谋而合——关注每一个学生的发展。于是根据我校的实际情况和自身的特点,在教学中力求做到:教学必须关注学情,从学生需求出发,关注学生已有的生活经验和知识基础,在充分了解学生个性品质、知识结构和认知能力的基础上进行教学内容的确定、教学目标的制定、方法的选择、过程的安排、氛围的创设等等。教师要为学生创设开放、民主、和谐、自由、平等的课堂氛围,多倾听学生的声音,把学生的需求放在首位,给学生以感受的空间、想像的空间、创造的空间,不管他们所持观点正确与否,都要“永远捍卫学生发表意见的权力。
