低分子肝素（LMWH）的分子量测定有多种方法，每种方法都有其优点和缺点。简要综述了LMWH分子星测定方法，主要介绍粘度法、高效排阻色谱法和梯度聚丙烯醉胺凝胶电泳法。
There are several ways to determine the molecular weight of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), each with its advantages and disadvantages. A brief review of the molecular LMWH molecular determination method, mainly introduced the viscosity method, high performance exclusion chromatography and gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
