中国石油天然气管道局将2004年作为“管道培训年”,以“强素质、树品牌”为主题,开展了规模大、层次深、范围广的培训工作,并取得了显著的成效,产生了很大的社会影响,各种媒体多有报道;在第七届中华技能大奖和全国技术能手表彰大会上,管道局被国家劳动和社会保障部授予“国家技能人才培育突出贡献奖”。本期以专栏的形式将管道局精心打造“管道培训年”的理念和做法刊出,以飨读者。
