通过断口分析了含氮高锰奥氏体钢在超低温下的冲击断裂特性,探讨了其断裂机理,分析表明,穿晶脆断刻面是含氮高锰奥氏体钢的一种特有的断口形貌,由于合金元素和试验温度的影响,使钢的正断抗力Sor小于切断抗力τK,因此产生了穿晶断裂。断裂面是{111}r或孪晶界;当τK和Sor相近时,形成了各种复杂形貌的断口。氮量过高会导致钢产生穿晶脆断。
