针对煤矿生产系统中提升机效率低,生产安全性不高,控制方式繁琐,调速性能-差等现状,以矿井提升机变频调速系统的研发和现场应用为背景,利用目前比较成熟的矢量控制技术和转子变频调速技术,采用两套西门子S7-300PLC,以及6SE70变频器和上位机,利用Profibus DP实现它们之间的通讯。设计了矿井提升机自动化控制系统,以实现提升机节能变频调速的目的。现场运行结果表明,Profibus DP能将提升机系统中分散的设备进行集中管理,通讯稳定且数据传输率高,较大程度提高了生产效率,改善了工作环境,达到了节能的目的。
Aiming at the status quo of coal mine production system such as low efficiency, low production safety, cumbersome control mode and poor speed regulation performance, this paper takes the R & D and field application of mine hoist frequency control system as the background, Control technology and rotor speed control technology, using two sets of Siemens S7-300PLC, as well as 6SE70 inverter and host computer, the use of Profibus DP to achieve communication between them. Design mine hoist automation control system, in order to achieve the purpose of hoist energy-saving frequency control. The field operation results show that Profibus DP can centrally manage distributed devices in the hoist system, with stable communication and high data transmission rate, greatly improving production efficiency, improving working environment and saving energy.
