目的研究一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在大鼠大肠癌发生中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化技术检测 1,2二甲基肼 (1,2 DMH)诱导的Wistar大鼠大肠癌模型中内皮型NOS(eNOS) ,神经元型NOS(nNOS)和诱生型NOS(iNOS)在正常黏膜和大肠癌中的表达情况。结果eNOS和nNOS在正常黏膜中表达 ,在大肠癌中不表达 ;iNOS在正常黏膜中表达率很低 (10 % ) ,在大肠癌中高表达(87% )。结论在 1,2 DMH诱导的大肠癌模型中 ,iNOS表达与大肠癌的发生关系密切。
Objective To study the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rat colorectal carcinogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of endothelial NOS (eNOS), neuronal NOS (nNOS) and induced NOS (iNOS) in Wistar rat model of colorectal cancer induced by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine ) In normal mucosa and colorectal cancer. Results eNOS and nNOS were expressed in normal mucosa and not in colorectal cancer. The expression of iNOS in normal mucosa was very low (10%) and high in colorectal carcinoma (87%). Conclusion In 1,2 DMH-induced colorectal cancer model, iNOS expression is closely related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer.
