原油不加热输送,对正常生产的自喷井、抽油井或外输管线,通过投球法或采用化学处理等方法是能够实现的。但油井在生产过程中会遇到不正常的现象,如井下作业、测试井底静压(测地层恢复压力),对抽油井还会遇到停电等事故。油井停止生产后,原油不再在管线内流动,油温会不断下降,导致了原油在管线中凝固。油井一旦恢复生产,需要动用动力设备(压风机、锅炉车等),才能使管道解堵。这一工作比较麻烦,且有不安全因素。如用“电流趋肤效应”加热油管进行解堵是一种既方便又经济的方法。
Crude oil is not heated and delivered to the normal production of self-injection wells, pumping wells or external pipelines, by pitching or chemical treatment methods can be achieved.
