为了利用副产盐酸和回收利用浮选尾矿中的磷,用盐酸直接分解磷矿浮选尾矿进行了实验研究。利用正交设计,研究了盐酸质量分数、盐酸用量、反应温度和反应时间对尾矿中磷溶出率的影响;介绍所得磷酸酸解液用氨水中和制取NP肥的情况;最后为降低能耗、物耗讨论了盐酸分解尾矿应采取的适宜工艺条件。
In order to utilize by-product hydrochloric acid and recover the phosphorus in the flotation tailings, an experimental study was conducted using hydrochloric acid to directly decompose phosphate flotation tailings. The effects of the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid, the amount of hydrochloric acid, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the rate of phosphorus dissolution in the tailing were studied by orthogonal design. The obtained phosphoric acid solution was neutralized with ammonia to make NP fertilizer. Finally, The consumption and material consumption discussed the appropriate technological conditions for the hydrochloric acid to decompose the tailings.
