This paper reports the isolation and quantification of gemcitabine from artificial p-fluorostyrene-containing gemcitabine preparations: 5 ml of a gemcitin solution containing ascorbic acid (equivalent to 50-1000 r / ml ascorbic acid; 10-200 r / ml), and gemcitabine was adsorbed by an artificial pumice column (inner diameter of about 8 mm) treated with 2 ml of 0.1 N hydrochloric acid.
