研究了由设计特征模型识别装配特征的算法 ,该算法采用凹凸特征模型为中间模型实现设计特征模型向装配模型的转化。识别算法用特征设计与特征识别相结合的方法有效地识别出设计特征指定面的所有凹凸特征 ,利用判别装配特征的充分必要条件得到所求的装配特征。该方法克服了传统算法的缺点 ,提高了装配特征识别的有效性和可靠性
The algorithm of identifying the assembly features by the design feature model is studied. The algorithm uses the convex-concave feature model as the intermediate model to transform the design feature model into the assembly model. The recognition algorithm combines the feature design and feature recognition to effectively identify all the concave and convex features of the designated surface of the design feature and obtain the required assembly features by using the necessary and sufficient conditions to determine the assembly features. The method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional algorithms and improves the efficiency and reliability of assembly feature recognition
