死亡时间或死后间隔时间的推断一直是法医病理学的重点和难点。DNA 检测技术在分子生物学、法医物证学中广泛应用,现在正被法医病理学所借鉴。而单细胞凝胶电泳技术成功应用于单细胞 DNA 降解的检测,为准确推断死后间隔时间(PMI)提供了简便可行的方法。本文总结国内外的理论与实践,阐述单细胞凝胶电泳技术在 PMI 推断中的应用价值,以期为今后的深入研究工作提供参考。
Inference of death time or post-mortem interval has been the focus and difficulty of forensic pathology. DNA detection technology in molecular biology, forensic evidence widely used in forensics, is now being forensic pathology learn. Single cell gel electrophoresis was successfully applied to the detection of single-cell DNA degradation and provided a simple and feasible method for accurately infer the post-mortem interval (PMI). This article summarizes the theory and practice both at home and abroad, and expounds the application value of single cell gel electrophoresis in PMI inference, in order to provide reference for further research work in the future.
