目的 研究硝酸银(AgNO_3)对动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malformation,AVM)模型引流静脉压(draining vein pressure,DVP)的影响。方法 制作大鼠AVM模型。60只大鼠随机均分为三组。应用AgNO_3处理两实验组的引流静脉,在不同时间段测定作用点前、后的DVP。结果AgNO_3作用点以前的DVP先短暂轻微上升,6min后降至处理前水平。作用点以后的DVP亦先短暂轻微上升,3min后降至处理前水平,随后继续下降,0.5h后降至处理前水平的一半,并维持至1h。结论AgNO_3处理AVM血管巢及其边缘的引流静脉,在1h内不会造成DVP骤升,相反可通过降低DVP,保护引流静脉,安全切除AVM。
Objective To investigate the effect of silver nitrate (AgNO 3) on draining vein pressure (DVP) in arteriovenous malformation (AVM) model. Methods The rat AVM model was made. 60 rats were randomly divided into three groups. Drainage veins of two experimental groups were treated with AgNO_3, and DVP before and after the point of action were measured at different time points. Results The DVP before AgNO 3 action point increased briefly and then dropped to the pre-treatment level after 6 minutes. After the point of action DVP also briefly increased briefly, after 3min dropped to the pre-treatment level, then continued to decline, 0.5h after the level dropped to half before, and maintained to 1h. Conclusion AgNO_3 treatment of AVM vascular nests and its peripheral draining veins will not cause sudden increase of DVP within 1h. On the contrary, AVM can be safely removed by reducing DVP, protecting the drainage veins.
