目的识别、分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,评价危害程度,确定职业病危害类别,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、类比法、检查表分析法等方法进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害因素和危害程度、职业病防护设施、辅助用室、应急救援、个人使用的职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理等内容基本符合国家有关规定。硫酸检测3个工种及21个工作岗位,检测结果为<0.13~0.22 mg/m3;噪声测量包括3个工种及12个工作岗位,定点测量结果为70.2~90.1 d B(A),个体测量结果为70.4~80.4 d B(A)。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,按规定进行职业病危害防护设施设计和施工,达到《工业企业设计卫生标准》要求后,正常生产条件下,工作场所存在的职业病危害因素将可基本得到控制。
Objective To identify and analyze the potential hazards of occupational diseases in construction projects, evaluate the degree of harm, and determine the types of occupational hazards, so as to provide a scientific basis for the classification management of occupational hazards in construction projects. Methods The methods of occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination, analogy method and checklist analysis method were used for comprehensive analysis, qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The site selection, overall layout, production process and equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational hazards and hazards, occupational disease protection facilities, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, occupational health management and so on Basically in line with relevant state regulations. Sulfuric acid was used to test 3 kinds of work and 21 work places, the test result was <0.13 ~ 0.22 mg / m3; the noise measurement consisted of 3 kinds of work and 12 jobs, the fixed point measurement was 70.2 ~ 90.1 d B (A) 70.4 ~ 80.4 d B (A). Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. According to the regulations, the design and construction of occupational hazards protection facilities should be carried out. After the requirements of “Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises” are met, under normal production conditions, the occupational hazards in the workplace will be basically controlled .
