经济法责任理论是经济法理论的重要组成部份,经济法责任理论的研究也是一个基础性课题,经济法责任理论的研究不仅是经济法理论完善的需要,同时也更是实践的需要。本文在整理以往有关经济法责任理论研究成果的的基础上,对相关问题作了进一步的探讨。 The theory of responsibility of economic law is an important part of the theory of economic law. The study of the liability theory of economic law is also a basic subject. The study of the liability theory of economic law is not only the need of improving the theory of economic law, but also the need of practice. On the basis of sorting out the research results of the economic law responsibility theory in the past, this article makes further discussion on the related issues.
