目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平及血液流变学各项指标与2型糖尿病(2DM)间的关系,为早期发现治疗糖尿病提供依据。方法选取糖尿病前期患者组(PDM)、2型糖尿病人组(T2DM)以及健康人群对照组(NGT)同时测定血清HCY、血液流变学各项指标进行比较。结果血清HCY水平PDM组(16.67μmol/L±4.93μmol/L)、T2DM组(23.74μmol/L±6.77μmol/L)与NGT组(9.96μmol/L±4.63μmol/L)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM组患者全血的高切黏度(200/s)、中切黏度(30/s)、低切黏度(1/s)及血浆黏度、红细胞压积(HCT)、血沉(ESR)均显著高于NGT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDM组患者低切黏度(1/s)、血浆黏度高于NGT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCY、全血黏度(1/s)、全血黏度(200/s)、血浆黏度与FBG、HbA1c呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病前期,已经存在高HCY血症和高血黏稠度症。HCY和血液流变学指标可早期提示糖尿病病变。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of homocysteine (HCY), hemorheology and type 2 diabetes mellitus (2DM), so as to provide evidence for the early detection and treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods The levels of serum HCY and hemorrheology in patients with pre-diabetes (PDM), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and healthy controls (NGT) were compared. Results The serum levels of HCY in the PDM group (16.67μmol / L ± 4.93μmol / L), T2DM group (23.74μmol / L ± 6.77μmol / L) and NGT group (9.96μmol / L ± 4.63μmol / L) Significance (P <0.05). In T2DM group, the high shear viscosity (200 / s), middle shear viscosity (30 / s), low shear viscosity (1 / s) and plasma viscosity, hematocrit (HCT) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) In NGT group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In PDM group, low shear viscosity (1 / s) and plasma viscosity were higher than NGT group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). HCY, whole blood viscosity (1 / s), whole blood viscosity (200 / s) and plasma viscosity were positively correlated with FBG and HbA1c (P <0.05). Conclusions In pre-diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia and hyperkalemia have existed. HCY and hemorheology can be early indicators of diabetic disease.
