在船舶管系制造过程中,有大量管子法兰需要焊接,而其中镀锌管子法兰的焊接又占相当大的比例。目前,这些管子与法兰的焊接,一般都是采用手工焊接,生产效率低,劳动强度高。质量也不稳定,特别是焊接时由于镀锌层蒸发,在焊接区周围有大量的锌蒸汽与氧化锌粉尘,严重影响操作工人的身体健康。为了改变镀锌管子法兰手工焊接的落后状态,并配合管子流水线设计,实现管子法兰焊接自动流水生产,我们在完成了非镀层管——黑铁管子法兰的气体保护自动焊试验的基础上,进一步对镀锌管于法兰进行了自动焊接试验。通过试验,表明镀锌管子法兰焊接与非镀层管子法兰焊接,在工艺上有许多不同之处,现分述如下。
