借贷契约是清水江文书中数量相对较少,然而较为重要的一类,反映了贵州东南部商品经济较发达,受中原文化影响较深的民族地区社会生活中的一个方面。本文即以黔东南苗族侗族自治州锦屏县文斗寨的借贷契约为个案,从借贷手续,借债与还债方式及担保措施诸方面分析,并与相邻地区苗族村寨相比较,展现当地民间借贷行为受中原文化影响,而又不失民族特色与地域特点的风貌。 Loan contract is a relatively small number in the Qingshui River instruments, but a more important category reflects one aspect of the social life in ethnic areas in Southeast Guizhou where the commodity economy is more developed and deeply influenced by the Central Plains culture.
