本文报道了高质量Cr∶LiSrAlF6 (简称Cr∶LiSAF)晶体的软坩埚下降法生长及其激光特性。采用“固相反应”氟化法处理原料 ,能有效的去除原料中的氧化物成分和水 ,得到可用于晶体生长的纯净原料 ;用厚度仅为 0 .0 6~ 0 .0 9mm的铂金软坩埚 ,温度梯度控制在 2 0℃ /cm以下 ,用低速率的坩埚下降法生长出尺寸达2 0× 130mm的优质单晶 ,能实现 1mol%~ 15mol%各种浓度的均匀掺杂。在闪光灯泵浦的条件下 ,该晶体脉冲激光输出能量为 3.4 5J ,晶体的储能密度达到 2 .4 6J/cm3,激光斜效率高达 5.85% ,点效率为 3.32 %。用 4 88nm的单线氩离子泵浦Cr∶LiSAF晶体 ,获得了脉冲宽度 4 0fs、平均输出功率 4 5mW的稳定自锁模脉冲序列。
This paper reports the soft crucible growth of high quality Cr: LiSrAlF6 (Cr: LiSAF) crystals and their laser properties. The use of “solid-phase reaction” fluoridation of raw materials, can effectively remove the oxide components in raw materials and water to obtain pure raw materials can be used for crystal growth; with a thickness of only 0.06 ~ 0. 09mm of platinum soft The crucible with the temperature gradient controlled below 20 ℃ / cm can be uniformly doped with various concentrations ranging from 1mol% to 15mol% by high-quality single crystal with dimensions up to 210 × 130mm with a low rate crucible reduction method. Under the condition of flash pump, the pulse laser output power of this crystal is 3.4 5J, the energy density of the crystal reaches 2.46J / cm3, the laser slant efficiency is up to 5.85% and the point efficiency is 3.32%. The Cr: LiSAF crystal was pumped by 4 88nm single wire argon ion, and a stable self-mode-locked pulse sequence with a pulse width of 40fs and an average output power of 45mW was obtained.
