本文系根据国家任务中工作项目而进行的焊接性能试验结果整理分析研究的成果,也是64年生产的某干线61.44米焊桁梁钢桥的生产前试验研究成果之一,并在后期制造实践中予以采用.全部试验工作由唐山铁道学院、山海关桥梁厂、州铁道学院及铁道科学研究院协同完成.全部试验工作共有一千余试件,试件形式有堆焊、对接和T型接头.试验计进行了各种接头及焊接规范试件的金相试验、硬度试验、成型观察、冲击试验、静拉试验、静弯试验及裂缝试验.根据试验结果、文中着重对焊接接头组织性能及其脆断倾向进行了分析,提出了从设计和制造上保证良好焊接接头组织性能及低温脆断倾向的必要条件.可作为使用低便金钢结构设计、制造和材料选择方面参考.试件用料为保证七项要求的16M_ng料.
