局晚期乳癌术后胸壁复发率为11％～44％,多组回顾性和前瞻性研究表明,乳癌术后放疗能降低局部复发率,但未能提高总生存率。为了证明术后放疗的作用,作者分析了术后复发率的危险因素。 1984～1994年日本7间医院放疗科收治乳癌105例,均为女性,中位年龄51岁(33～82岁),48％>50岁。右侧乳癌54例。左侧49例,双侧2例。48个肿瘤在中央区,49个在外侧。按UICC(1987
The rate of chest wall recurrence after advanced breast cancer surgery was 11% to 44%. Multiple retrospective and prospective studies have shown that postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer can reduce the local recurrence rate, but failed to improve the overall survival rate. In order to prove the role of postoperative radiotherapy, the authors analyzed the risk factors for postoperative recurrence. From 1984 to 1994, 105 cases of breast cancer were treated in radiotherapy departments in seven hospitals in Japan. All were female, with a median age of 51 years (33-82 years) and 48%> 50 years old. The right breast cancer in 54 cases. There were 49 cases on the left side and 2 cases on both sides. Forty-eight tumors were in the central area and 49 were on the outside. Press UICC (1987)
