重点研究了以自制酯化大单体聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEGMA)与丙烯酸、衣康酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠为原料,采用溶液聚合法直接合成45%固含量聚羧酸高性能减水剂工艺。首先利用正交试验找出了影响产物性能的显著因素,重点探讨了大单体酸醚比、衣康酸用量、MAS用量、链转移剂用量、反应温度等因素对水泥净浆流动度的影响。通过试验得出最佳合成工艺:大单体酸醚摩尔比为4.0∶1;合成减水剂物料的质量比为:大单体∶衣康酸∶甲基丙烯磺酸钠=1∶0.045∶0.035;反应温度80℃;保温时间2h。产物的净浆流动度、减水率与20%含量产品相当,且保坍保塑性能更优。
It is mainly studied that MPEG-45, acrylic acid, itaconic acid and sodium methallyl sulfonate are used as raw materials for the synthesis of 45% solid content by solution polymerization Polycarboxylate superplasticizer technology. First of all, using orthogonal test to find out the significant factors that affect the performance of the product, focusing on the macromer ether ratio, the amount of itaconic acid, MAS dosage, chain transfer agent dosage, reaction temperature and other factors on the fluidity of cement paste . The optimum synthesis process was obtained through experiments: the mole ratio of macromer acid ether was 4.0: 1; the mass ratio of synthetic water reducer: macromonomer: itaconic acid: sodium methallyl sulfonate = 1: 0.045: 0.035; reaction temperature 80 ℃; holding time 2h. The product of the net fluidity, water reduction and 20% of the content of the product, and Paul slump plastic better performance.
