文章以140家战略性新兴产业上市企业2009~2012年的数据为研究样本,建立面板数据固定效应模型,实证分析了政府补贴、专项资助、管理层平均薪酬、薪酬差距,以及政府公共资本与管理层薪酬激励交互作用,对企业R&D投入与创新产出的影响。研究结论为优化公共资本支出提升战略性新兴产业技术创新能力提供了理论支撑。
The article takes the data of 140 strategic emerging industries listed companies from 2009 to 2012 as the research sample, establishes the fixed effect model of the panel data, and empirically analyzes the government subsidies, special subsidies, management average salary, pay gap, as well as government public capital and management The Impact of Layered Compensation Incentives on Enterprise R & D Input and Innovation Output. The conclusions of the study provide theoretical support for optimizing the public capital expenditure and enhancing the capability of technological innovation in strategic emerging industries.
