目的了解烟草广告和促销对于福建省初中生烟草使用情况的影响,为今后福建省制定相关政策、法规提供参考。方法于2013年10~11月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取福建省的初中学校,调查使用国家根据我国国情增加部分问题后的GYTS全球统一标准的核心问卷。用SAS 9.3统计软件进行数据清洗、样本加权,加权后的数据代表整个福建省初中生的烟草使用情况,用SPSS 19.0通过复杂抽样程序进行数据分析。结果共调查初一、初二、初三在校学生4 144名,尝试烟草使用率为15.08%,男生(22.29%)高于女生(6.72%)(P<0.01);现在烟草使用率为4.69%,男生(7.43%)高于女生(1.49%)(P<0.01)。过去30d内,48.00%的学生报告在至少一种渠道看到过烟草广告或促销,69.62%的学生在电影、电视或录像/视频中看到过吸烟镜头,3.81%的学生报告自己拥有印着烟草品牌标志的物品。结论福建省初中生尝试烟草使用率和现在烟草使用率均低于全国平均水平。学生接触媒体和烟草广告的机会较多,受其影响较大。
Objective To understand the impact of tobacco advertising and promotion on tobacco use among junior high school students in Fujian Province and to provide references for the formulation of relevant policies and regulations in Fujian Province in the future. Methods From October to November 2013, a multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select junior middle schools in Fujian Province to investigate the core questionnaire using the GYTS global standard after the state increased some of its problems according to China’s national conditions. SAS 9.3 statistical software was used to clean the data. The sample weights and weighted data represent the tobacco use status of junior high school students in Fujian Province. Data were analyzed by using the complex sampling program with SPSS 19.0. Results A total of 4 144 students were enrolled in the first, second and third days. Tobacco use was 15.08%, male (22.29%) was higher than female (6.72%) (P <0.01), and the current tobacco use was 4.69 %, Boys (7.43%) than girls (1.49%) (P <0.01). In the past 30 days, 48.00% of students reported having seen tobacco advertisements or promotions in at least one channel, 69.62% of students saw smoking in movies, television or video / video, and 3.81% reported that they had printed Tobacco brand logo items. Conclusions Junior high school students in Fujian Province tried lower tobacco use rates and current tobacco use rates than the national average. Students are more exposed to media and tobacco advertising and are more affected by it.
