一版是要闻版。人们一拿到报纸,首先看到的就是一版,它是一张报纸的门面,同其他几个版比较,具有最大的强势。因此,办好一版,具有十分重要的意义。但是,大多数企业报的一版,长期以来办得不够令人满意,不够吸引人。为什么呢?其中一个重要原因,是一版总是刊登着这样一些稿件:时间性不强的新闻,问题不新鲜的会议消息、空泛的言论,大篇的没有多少新意的讲话。报道面狭窄,内容单调,形式呆板,大块东西多,缺乏可读性。不少同志认为,概括起来说是这么五个字:长、大、空、窄、闷。另外,企业报还存在这样一个矛盾,就是企业的领导要利用报纸特别是一版,宣传他们的意图,强调指导性;而职工群众则要求新闻性、可读性。如何解决这个矛盾,是一个值得研究的问题。那么怎样办好企业报的一版,做到企业领导和职工群众都满意呢?根据我们的体会,应当从以下两个方面下功夫:
One edition is the news edition. As soon as people got their newspaper, the first thing they saw was a version of it. It was the front page of a newspaper and had the greatest strength compared with the other editions. Therefore, running a version, has a very important meaning. However, the majority of the corporate newspapers have been unsatisfactory and unsatisfactory for a long time. Why? One of the important reasons is that a version of this manuscript always contains such articles as timeliness, meeting news that is not fresh, vague remarks, and articles with few new ideas. Narrow coverage, monotonous content, rigid form, large things and more, the lack of readability. Many comrades think that in summary they are five words long, big, empty, narrow and bored. In addition, there are still contradictions in the enterprise newspaper, that is, the leaders of the enterprises should make use of newspapers, especially a version, to promote their intentions and emphasize guidance; and the workers and masses require information and readability. How to solve this contradiction is a problem worth studying. So how to do a good job of business newspaper version, so that business leaders and workers are satisfied with the masses? According to our experience, we should work from the following two aspects:
