目的:分析福泉市金山社区卫生服务中心2010-2015年5岁以下儿童死亡监测结果,有针对性地制定儿童保护措施。方法:将2010年10月1日~2015年9月30日之间福泉市金山社区卫生服务中心0~4岁的儿童作为监测对象,分析其死亡报告卡片,统计死亡率变化及死亡原因分布。结果:福泉市金山社区卫生服务中心在2010-2015年间活产数达4905例,其中男童:2608人;女童:2297人。5岁以下儿童死亡共39例死亡,死亡率为7.95‰。1~4岁儿童的死亡率为1.2‰,低于出生一周内、1个月内和婴儿期的死亡率(分别为2.9‰、3.9‰,6.9‰),P<0.05;2014、2015年度5岁以下儿童的死亡率分别为9.3‰和4.7‰,低于2010、2011、2012、2013年度(分别为8.8‰、8.4‰、8.1‰和8.6‰),P<0.05;死亡原因主要是出生缺陷、低出生体重或早产、出生窒息(分别占28.42%、23.16%、18.95%)。结论:地方政府应重视孕产期健康教育,积极防护环境污染、孕产期病毒感染等致畸因素,加大保健干预力度,使服务质量提升,降低5岁以下儿童的死亡率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the monitoring results of the death of children under 5 years of age from 2010 to 2015 in Jinshan Community Health Service Center of Fuquan City, and formulate child protection measures in a targeted manner. Methods: Children from 0 to 4 years old in Fuquan Jinshan Community Health Service Center from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2015 were taken as the monitoring objects to analyze the death report card, the change of statistical mortality and the distribution of the cause of death. Results: In Jinshan Community Health Service Center in Fuquan City, the number of live births was 4905 between 2010 and 2015, of which 2608 were boys and 2297 girls. A total of 39 deaths occurred in children under 5 years of age, with a mortality rate of 7.95 per thousand. Mortality rates for children aged 1 to 4 years were 1.2 ‰, lower than those in the first week, one month and infancy (2.9 ‰, 3.9 ‰ and 6.9 ‰, respectively), P <0.05; 2014 and 2015 5 Mortality rates of children under the age of 9.3 years and 4.7 years were lower than those of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 (8.8 ‰, 8.4 ‰, 8.1 ‰ and 8.6 ‰, respectively), P <0.05. The causes of death were mainly birth defects , Low birth weight or premature birth and birth asphyxia (28.42%, 23.16%, 18.95% respectively). Conclusion: Local governments should attach importance to health education during pregnancy and childbirth, actively prevent teratogenic factors such as environmental pollution and maternal virus infection, increase health care intervention, improve service quality and reduce mortality rate of children under 5 years of age.
