文章以板桥凝析气藏２０ 多年的开采经历为依据，论述了该气藏中区板Ⅱ高液烃含量凝析气藏的开采特点，并采用现代油气藏工程原理和分析方法，结合目前国内外凝析气藏开采的新方法、新技术和新趋势，详细分析论述了凝析气藏的开采特征，系统总结了带油环高液烃含量凝析气藏６ 大开采特征：①凝析油含量随构造深度增加而增加，与采收率成反比；②在降压开采过程中凝析油首先损失的是重质组分；③凝析气井生产能力受油环边水影响，随压力降低而降低；④枯竭式开采造成了凝析油、原油大量损失；⑤利用气顶驱油，油环开采效果好；⑥枯竭式开发过程中，气藏相态特征有规律地收缩。实践证明，该结论真实可靠，为国内凝析气藏的开采提供了切实可行的现场操作经验。
Based on the exploitation experience of Banqiao condensate gas reservoir for more than 20 years, the paper expounds the mining features of the condensate gas reservoir with high liquid hydrocarbon content in the middle plate Ⅱ of this gas reservoir. Based on the engineering principles and analytical methods of modern reservoirs, The new methods, new technologies and new trends of condensate gas recovery at home and abroad are introduced. The characteristics of the exploitation of condensate gas reservoirs are analyzed in detail, and the characteristics of the six major features of condensate gas reservoirs with high liquid hydrocarbon content are summarized systematically: ① condensate The oil content increases with the increase of tectonic depth, which is inversely proportional to the recovery rate. ②The condensate oil is the first heavy component to be lost in the process of depressurization mining. ③ The condensate gas well productivity is affected by the edge water of the oil ring. The pressure decreases and decreases; (4) the exhausted mining has caused a great loss of condensate oil and crude oil; (5) the use of the gas cap displacement oil and the oil ring mining effect is good; (6) the phase behavior of gas reservoirs shrinks regularly during the exhausted development process. Practice has proved that the conclusion is true and reliable, which provides feasible field operation experience for the domestic exploitation of condensate gas reservoirs.
