在大鼠肠系膜血管床和尾动脉节段,钩藤碱(Rhy)和异钩藤碱(Isorhy)呈剂量依赖性地抑制高K+(80mmol/L)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)所致灌流压的升高。二药在肠系膜血管床的作用强度大致相同,但在大鼠尾动脉,Rhy对高K+所致灌流压升高的抑制作用较Isorhy弱,对NA作用的抑制也呈同样的趋势。Rhy和Isorhy还能对抗血管紧张素Ⅱ所致升压作用。实验结果提示.Rhy和Isorhy可直接扩张小血管,且对多种激动剂所致血管收缩有效,但Rhy对某些血管可能不如Isorhy敏感。
Rhy and Isorhy inhibited the perfusion induced by high K + (80 mmol / L) and norepinephrine (NA) in the rat mesenteric vascular bed and caudal artery. Pressure rise. The strength of the two drugs in the mesenteric vascular bed is roughly the same, but in the rat tail artery, Rhy is weaker than Isorhy in inhibition of high K + -induced perfusion pressure, and the same trend is observed for inhibition of NA. Rhy and Isorhy also counteract the effects of angiotensin II on blood pressure. Experimental results suggest. Rhy and Isorhy directly dilate small blood vessels and are effective in vasoconstriction induced by various agonists, but Rhy may not be as sensitive as Isorhy to certain blood vessels.
