本工作对钒钛磁铁矿钠化球团进行了氧化焙烧试验,着重对硫酸钠和五氧化二钒相互作用进行了热力学研究。通过研究,得到了硫酸钠和五氧化二钒相互作用时不同产物和温度之间关系;同时指出,在反应中V_2O_5不是起催化作用,而是直接参加了反应。通过研究,还找到了球团在焙烧时铁氧化、钒转化和硫酸钠反应之间的关系,为钒钛磁铁矿提钒制定合理的工艺制度,提供了新的试验依据。
In this work, the oxide roasting test of vanadium titanomagnetite pellets was conducted, and the thermodynamics of the interaction between sodium sulfate and vanadium pentoxide was emphatically studied. Through the study, we get the relationship between the different products and the temperature when the interaction between sodium sulfate and vanadium pentoxide. At the same time, it is pointed out that V2O5 does not play a catalytic role in the reaction, but directly participates in the reaction. Through the study, the relationship between iron oxide, vanadium conversion and sodium sulfate reaction during the calcination of the pellets was also found out, and a new experimental method was provided to develop a reasonable process system for vanadium titanomagnetite vanadium extraction.
