本研究选用7对同核异质玉米,进行了幼胚离体培养。研究结果表明:C 细胞质玉米的愈伤组织诱导率明显低于其正常(N)细胞质的保持系。而在同核条件下不同细胞质对愈伤组织的生长速率没有明显影响,但对愈伤组织分化频率影响较大。
In this study, seven pairs of the same nuclear heterogeneous corn were selected for in vitro culture. The results showed that the callus induction rate of C-cytoplasmic maize was significantly lower than that of its normal (N) cytoplasmic maintainer line. However, under the same nuclear conditions, different cytoplasms had no significant effect on the growth rate of callus but had a significant effect on the frequency of callus differentiation.
