目的 :检测急性白血病患者治疗前后血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白 ( IAP)及铁蛋白( SF)转铁蛋白 ( Tf)含量的变化 ,初步探讨 IAP、SF及 Tf在急性白血病治疗前后的变化及其与疗效、预后之间的关系。方法 :应用单向免疫扩散、双抗体夹心酶联免疫 ELISA及免疫透射比浊法 ,分别检测了 35例急性白血病患者治疗前后血清 IAP、SF和 Tf的变化。结果 :急性白血病初治组患者血清 IAP、SF和 Tf含量与正常对照组相比差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;经化疗完全缓解组 ( 2 5例 )患者血清 IAP显著降低 ,SF仍维持在较高水平 ,Tf仍处于较低水平 ;动态观察了 1 0例缓解组患者血清 IAP、SF及 Tf,其中 6例长期缓解患者血清三项指标均接近正常人水平。结论 :血清 IAP对急性白血病患者化疗疗效及预后观察具有一定的临床参考价值 ,SF及 Tf不是反映近期疗效的良好指标
Objective: To detect the changes of serum immunosuppressive acid protein (IAP) and ferritin (Tf) in patients with acute leukemia before and after treatment, and to investigate the changes of IAP, SF and Tf before and after treatment of acute leukemia and their effects , The relationship between the prognosis. Methods: The changes of serum IAP, SF and Tf in 35 patients with acute leukemia were detected by unidirectional immunodiffusion, double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunoturbidimetric assay respectively. Results: The serum levels of IAP, SF and Tf in patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia were significantly different from those in normal controls (P <0.01). The levels of serum IAP were significantly decreased in patients with complete remission (25 cases) Tf was still at a low level. The serum IAP, SF and Tf in 10 patients with remission were observed dynamically. The serum levels of three indicators of 6 patients with long-term remission were close to the normal level. Conclusion: Serum IAP has certain clinical value in the treatment of patients with acute leukemia and prognosis. SF and Tf are not good indicators of short-term efficacy
