专题动机房地产行业的快速增长,有目共睹。但这种增长是否可以持续?如何追求一种良性的增长?中国房地产及住宅研究会副会长顾云昌表示,比起发达国家,国内的房地产企业并没有面临真正意义上的竞争。市场一开始就处在严重的卖方市场氛围中,这对房地产企业的内功培育是不利的。但市场终究要从垄断走向竞争,这是基本的规律。房地产企业要保持持续经营,要达到一种良性增长,就必须超越项目本身的运作,追求企业的成功和品牌的成功。这就要求房地产开发企业从策划、融资、产品设计、营销、服务等各个方面都基于企业持续运营和良性增长的理念来运作。
